While revenge is often considered a dish, it really belongs more closely to a character or hero figure and is rarely a dish so much as an example to be used as an example. But that doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t think about what it feels like to be put to the ultimate test.
What you may think about revenge as an event is the result of a number of small decisions that build to a bigger decision and then the larger decision. At this stage, some people might give up their power; others will do so willingly but some will make a choice that will make us look at revenge as something we should not act on. We should always choose the former so that we take that first step toward the latter.
