Destiny 2’s newest web spinner has arrived. The most recent update for the game, Curse of Osiris, added a new patrol zone to Mercury in which players can find this character. Opening paragraph: Spider is an important part of Destiny 2 lore and it is not surprising that Bungie would want to include him in-game again with the latest expansion. Spider’s involvement in the Destiny lore is that he was a Golden Age scientist who created an early version of the Web. Spider had to hide his invention when Guardians became corrupt and turned against him, but eventually retrieved it for use by future generations. Spider can be found in one area on Mercury called The Lighthouse. Players will need to reach level 20 before they are able to enter this patrol zone with Curse of Osiris installed, which means players have been playing for quite some time if they’re at this point already or played through all levels from vanilla Destiny to then start over again.
