If you know where your food comes from, you might feel slightly skeptical about buying fish. We’ve all been the “fish guy” for a good portion of our life and all sorts of fish are commonly purchased in restaurant as well as in our local area markets. However, a fish that seems familiar to you might not be the same species found in the supermarket. And if you’re shopping at a big chain supermarket they’ll have it in bigger tanks for less.

It sounds crazy. For instance, the common sea bass, the little blue heron and the big red finned fish tend to be very small or small.
