When planning a meal for dinner, we’re going to make a list of our top 5 favorite foods and ingredients. But before we go buying anything, here are some of the things I wish I knew before I tried our best bites.

One of the best things I learned about nutrition is to eat your fruits and vegetables, but also make sure to be eating some more protein. Don’t forget about the nuts and legumes. Take in plenty of fiber vegetables and protein. I have found that the better the fiber, and the better the proteins, the healthier the meal.

When you are thinking about breakfast you need to stop and think. Is there anything that you have been eating the best thing EVER? Do you actually feel energized? Are you hungry now? If you truly feel energized, then you should be making the effort to go to your doctor and see what you can find out. You want to find out what could be the most important cause of your energy problems.
